Vice Admiral Connaught Rossa: Starfleet Flag Officer, fairly well known within Starfleet Circles. Lost her two sons, both Starfleet Officers, in different military engagements. In 2367 She learned that her grandson, Jeremiah Rossa, had been found alive on a Talarian vessel, 10 years after he had thought to have perished along his parents in the raid on Galen IV. Admiral Rossa sent him an initial message about his family and hoping to learn more about him.
