As suggested by @thecaptainoutoftime I’ll be doing a weeklong set about (mainline) transporters effects. I’ll mostly focus on Starfleet ones. 

Transporters effects Day 1: TOS/TAS Edition

With bonus The Cage transporter which just takes forever and had to be compressed down. But not nearly as long as TMP. A lot of sprinkles in each case, looks like you should be decorating a pastry with the TAS one.

Anyway, I just can’t believe how freakin gay I am for Majel Barrett in the Star Trek Pilot. Hot damn, Roddenberry had good taste! And I don’t know what cracks me up the most - to know that the original Number One was a female (which I’m sure would have made Riker extremely happy) or the fact that Deanna Troi’s mom was such a cutie in her youth. Now I know where so much confidence came from.

His official status is missing but in actuality he is living on Talos IV having been restored a quality of life there. However all information relating to that is classified.
