That is perfect. Let’s be honest. Present day punisher would absolutely be one of those sovereign citizen/survivalist types, but one of the more antisocial ones who don’t get invited to join militias.
The Daredevil show does a good job of portraying Frank as a reactionary, conservative kind of guy, and kind of an asshole. It’s pretty cool, because it acknowledges that that’s the way the character would be in a real life, and it gives him something more to do than the grim visage of vengeance he’s shown as in the three Punisher movies…
