Hospital set in Columbo’s “Forgotten Lady” (1975) and The Rockford File’s “In Hazard” (1976). I don’t know if the set was built for either show, but Rockford will make recurring use of it through the next couple of seasons.

Note the sconces in the Columbo cap? Reused from the previous hospital set in “A Deadly State of Mind”
