Me: I signed up for this phone at work and I asked to get my number ported (to this new service)but it looks like I got a new number. 

Business Line CSR: Ok what’s the number you had?

(gives old phone number)

Business Line CSR: I am showing that one signed up with us.

Me: Ok, because in this account agreement I received it’s showing this number instead (gives new number).

Business Line CSR: Oh well I’m showing that one registered over too. (puzzlement) Ohhh they must have given you that number and put your old number in a dummy account at 49.95.

It’s all good tho they fixed it, I only have 1 account, 1 bill and the number’s porting over.
