Tobias Menzies in Doctor Who’s “Cold War”
Two Philips and a Prince Charles in this ep.
I forgot until five minutes ago that Tobias Menzies was in a Doctor Who episode set in the Arctic in 1983 as a Soviet Submarine Officer (along with David Warner and Liam Cunningham).
It’s an 11th Doctor story so no wonder I didn’t remember it (I’ve only seen it once) except for the use of Ultravox’s Vienna (possibly a nod to Ashes to Ashes).

A lot happened to fuck up the Daniel Craig era of Bond films, but the one thing I'll never forgive is the fact that they wasted the Potential of keeping on Tobias Menzies as Villiers--M's secretary. AKA boy Moneypenny.
They had the opportunity to have Daniel Craig and Tobias Menzies FLIRT ACROSS A DESK AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.
