Is it an anxiety problem if 90% of your “bad feelings” turn out to have merit

Anxiety is really difficult because even if you want to go out somewhere you still feel like you can’t because you know you’ll feel uncomfortable, nervous and anxious. It’s also really difficult because other people don’t understand that and they just think you’re being lazy or you just don’t want to go. Anxiety makes life unbelievably difficult.
Reblog this if you’ve ever cried, had a panic attack or an anxiety attack because of school stress
I’m trying to prove a point to my mum and teachers
Literally had one three days ago
Unfortunately, more often than not..
I’ve had them and I was one of the teachers.
Anxiety attacks aren’t always hyperventilating and rocking back and forth
Anxiety attacks can take different forms, such as:
- Unpredictable bouts of rage or irritability
- Nit-pickiness (obsessive behavior, which may be a part of OCD), and even a hypersensitivity to disarray, chaos, or any sort of change
- Fast-talking, stuttering, stumbling over words
- Not talking at all
- Sitting rigid, staring into space, almost seeming “zoned out”
Understanding the way our or other’s anxiety works can help to decrease the stigma and help to calm a person faster and get them out of that state. These are just a few, but it gives an idea of the range in which attacks can come.
Please reblog if:
•your anxiety has made it difficult for you to voice your opinion
•your anxiety has made it difficult to dress the way you want
•your anxiety has made it difficult to ask for help
•your anxiety has made you constantly worry if you are being annoying and wonder if your friends and family are valid relationships or if they just put up with you because they have to
And please know that you are not fighting this battle alone. You are worth more than your anxiety says. You matter and so does your opinion and your say.
You are awesome
I think I have a bigger fear of success than I do of failure
