I loved this thing as a kid. It was huge! I was also confused though because the pre-production pictures had some kind of attachment off one of the turbolifts that wasn't part of the actual toy. I never figured out what it was supposed to do, and can’t seem to find anything about it now...Oh well.

I’m beginning to realize how big this ship really is, how quiet. — James T. Kirk, This Side of Paradise
These are the caps i could take (and manipulate) from Contagion showing the Yamato’s bridge and the teal seat cushion they threw on the captain’s chair to differentiate it from the Enterprise’s. you can see the strap over the headrest too. And the matching fabric on the tactical console…..
Also how inconvenient is it for repairs if you gotta flip the console behind the headrest to access the inner workings?

All Good Things….
And yes, I’m including the past segment of All Good Things, which is a functional mishmash of what they still had in storage from the first season and things kept for expediency’s sake (This version of Picard’s command chair doesn’t actually show up till season 2, every chair is reupholstered without the leather, the9 carpet/lighting, but the chairs are the recliners from S1 and the side panels are the faux wood from that season as well).
