Celebrities and Hollywood professionals are getting into the proof-of-concept game. Couple of weeks ago I spotlighted CODE 8 from Stephen and Robbie Amell and today I bring you a rise of the machines short from the genre duo of Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. The pair enlisted the help of actors Anton Yelchin and Rufus Sewell, to give this mini-movie some star power. The story of machines versus man isn’t new but the anime style aesthetics and top notch special effects make it easy for any producer to acquire and adapt into a feature.
