Rear Admiral Savar: Starfleet Admiral, based in Sol Sector. In 2364 fell prey to an invasive species of parasites that took control of his body. The full extent of his actions during that time may never be known as the parasites covered their tracks, their ultimate purpose unknown. Savar was at Starfleet Headquarters when the Enterprise returned after the destruction of the Horatio led credence to the late Captain Keel’s theories of an alien takeover of Starfleet. Invited Picard to dinner at Headquarters and along with Admiral Aaron, Captain Scott, they revealed their true nature to him. They believed Riker, who joined impromptu, had also been turned, but it had been a ruse (helped with a bit of medical modifications). Savar attempted to immobilise Riker with a Vulcan nerve pinch but the parasite infecting Savar had unintended consequences which resulted in something painful but not a traditional never pinch. In the middle of this failed nerve pinch Savar was shot by Picard, immobilising him. There may have been complications from the aborted nerve pinch mixed in with the phaser fire, but whatever the case, Admiral Savar did not survive.

Vice Admiral Aaron: Starfleet Admiral, based in Sol Sector. In 2364 fell prey to an invasive species of parasites that took control of his body. Aaron was at Starfleet Headquarters when the Enterprise returned after the destruction of the Horatio led credence to the later Captain Keel’s theories of an alien takeover of Starfleet. Invited Picard to dinner at Headquarters and along with Admiral Savar, Captain Scott, they revealed their true nature to him. They believed Riker, who joined impromptu, had also been turned, but it had been a ruse (helped with a bit of medical modifications), and Riker and Picard took down the turned attendees, including Admiral Aaron. The creature left Aaron when he was neutralized.

Captain Tryla Scott: Captain, U.S.S. Renegade. Attained the rank faster than anyone else in Starfleet history and was something of a legend. Was brought into Captain Walker Keel’s conspiracy when he suspected high ranking members of Starfleet had fallen under an alien influence. It is unclear when Captain Scott herself fell prey to the alien parasite but had been turned by the time Captain Keel convened the cabal members on Dytallix B. He had brought Picard into his circle and although he didn’t believe him, she reported that to her brethren in Starfleet. They were not surprised by the time Picard showed up at Starfleet Headquarters. She joined Admirals Savar and Aaron at the reception where they revealed their true nature to Picard. Scott was incapacitated by Picard and Riker at the reception, where the alien parasite fled her body once she was incapacitated.

Captain Rixx: Captain of the U.S.S. Thomas Paine. Part of Captain Keel’s cabal when signs pointed to a secret alien influence taking over the top echelon of Starfleet Command. Rixx, Keel, Tryla Scott met in secret at Dytallix B when Keel brought in Captain Picard into their group. Rixx and Keel knew to look for a lack of memory in those afflicted. Picard wasn’t initially swayed by their arguments and each captain returned to their ships.

Rixx appeared in “Conspiracy” and was played by The Hills Have Eyes star Michael Berryman. He was the first Bolian depicted in Star Trek.
