I am pleased to report pork chops turned out well.

Cooking a couple of pork chops we have left. Couldn’t quite find a recipe that had all the requirements so made a couple of substitutions…we’ll see how it goes.

This house also needs a potato peeler. Ow.

But we have food and some I can cook with so yay for that
