ok, it’s like this: cybermen have no emotions, and therefore no concept of Right vs Wrong, only Logical vs Illogical. Consequently, cybermen cannot Sin.

Daleks, conversely, do have emotions and are capable of understanding Right vs Wrong. They demonstrably can be assholes on purpose. Ergo, daleks can Sin. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
