AH but (cheking IMDB) he’s been in a SyFy sequel to The Philadelphia Experiment (about time travel) and a TV Movie called yesterday’s target (amnesiac assassins in the past or something)

none of David Warner Star Trek Roles involve time travel (Statesmen, torturers, bureaucrats all in linear, political or big picture episodes) however he in Doctor Who recently (the 1980s submarine ep) and Doctor Who Dreamland (animated) as well as Time Bandits, a 1980s movie about time travelling dwarfs (on the watch list).
