Man how did Hannibal's house even get built, it has a fucking meat locker basement so even putting aside the fact that you need an architect to design it and a civil engineer to sign off on it, imagine all these builders constructing it like "huh this is weird" then a month after they finish the job they're getting murder bulletins like the morning traffic report. Surely one of them would have been like "hey guys...?"
