The first of eight GIFs from the Deep Space Nine episode "Profit and Lace." Constable Odo and Quark are in Quark's bar. Odo tells Quark, who has just complained of unstable hormones, "Is there anything I can do?"

Quark looks hesitant but slowly says, "Would you mind... giving me... a hug?"

Odo furrows his brow and says in disbelief, "A hug?" In response, Quark says, "Just a small one?"

Not sure what to say, Odo looks down but then accepts Quark's request.

Quark sobs and says, "THANK YOU!" He almost tackles Odo in a hug. Odo reels back, his eyes going wide, looking confused.

A Ferengi bartender and Morn turn to look at Quark and Odo from the bar a few feet away. They appear confused.

Odo reluctantly pats Quark on the head.
