Dorothy Catherine Fontana (born 25 March 1939; age 76) is a writer and script editor who has the distinction of being one of the few people to have worked on Star Trek: The Original Series, as well as Star Trek: The Animated Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Deep Space Nine is her favorite Star Trek spinoff.

I think she’s always been one of Mr. Spock’s biggest fans.
