Oh the HD upscale makes those alien tv lines a lot harsher.

Patrick Currie and Alex Zahara appear back to back in the episodes Enemy Mine and Space Race, playing off against each other in roles originated by Dion Johnstone (who was unavailable when the eps were being filmed). 

Currie plays Chaka and Eamon Finn and had previously been (and would return as) the replicator Fifth.

Alex Zahara plays Iron Shirt and Warrick Finn and had been in a few episodes prior including Spirits as X’els,  1969 as a hippie thinking of dodging the draft, a couple of different aliens in Foothold, another unas in Beast of Burden and a mutated telepath in Metamorphosis
