TNG/DS9 but Guinan and Quark swap places. Maybe Sisko can’t convince Quark to stay but Picard does, laying it on thick to mend fences after the recent attack but rogue Ferengi in stolen Klingon ships (and let’s say at least one of those people was another cousin of Quark’s) so what better way to have a different view of Ferengi society than Having Quark’s Bar on the Enterprise and as much leeway as Picard is willing to give him. (leave the holodeck managing to me, I’ve got sources for the tastiest programs)

Meanwhile Guinan sets up the equivalent of a Wild West saloon with less trafficking and more rumours and whispers. I just don’t know what the Guinan/Odo dynamic might be.
