(I can’t tell if the Doctor says “It was forgotten about by now old boy” or “It was all forgotten about an hour ago”, I choose to hear the latter but it’s likely the former)

RUNCIBLE: What? Oh, I don’t believe we’ve, er. Oh, I say. Weren’t you expelled or something? Some scandal?
DOCTOR: Oh, it’s all been forgotten about now, old boy. 

At least according to the transcript.
