Colombian congressman Alirio Barrera enters Bolivar Plaza riding his horse, named Pasaporte (passport), on his way to the National Congress building, following the declaration of the building as pet friendly.

This as a way to show support for Colombian farmers who still use horses for their everyday work, who now face opposition thanks to various laws that wish to end animal use for their protection.
