called out. New plan, gonna get a different set of sleeping pills as well as some gravol (recommended by a coworker who has migraine issues) and hopefully the walk to and from the pharmacy will also tire me out.

I broke my arm yesterday. They gave me Tylenol at the hospital. Average, over the counter, 500mg Tylenol. I have stronger at home! They have X Rays they took showing a broken bone. They know with 100% certainty I'm not making anything up. And they still only gave me Tylenol.
Now imagine you're in that kind of pain all the time. Constantly. And that depending upon your luck at who your doctor is, may not even believe in your pain. How frustrating, how helpless, how miserable your existence is.
The medical profession MADE the problem of prescribing opioid for a stubbed toe or a hangnail. Now they're compounding their own stupidity by denying the medicine some people legitimately need. And no one running around, panicking over the "opioid epidemic" gives a damn. Least of all the medical profession who screwed the pooch by trusting drug lobbyists who bribed and lied to them.
This. Must. Change.
