#twd comics
This is one of the most gruesome things the TWD comic books have done to date (and I’m only on issue 16). Now we have a classic murder mystery of “who killed the girls when all they wanted was a haircut, and got too much off the top???”
the walking dead comic, tyreese’s daughter and her boyfriend enter a suicide pact but the guy shoots too fast and she dies before she can kill him. she coems back within minutes, Tyreese finishes the job, then kills the boyfriend and waits for him to come back so he can kill him again “slowly.” Rick goes back to where he buried Shane realizing that he’s probably undead and has a nice moment. Glenn and Maggie have sex in a barbershop and cut each other’s hair (Glen’s now BALD). Some girls find out about the barbershop but Herschel later finds them both gruesomely decapitated.
Turns out in the comic book version Tyreese (who joined up much earlier) had a daughter who had a crush on another boy. They made a murder/suicide pact after they had sex but the boy fired too soon and she died before she could shoot him. And now she’s about to eat her dad.

There’s the dang prison
Rick’s original group leaves the farm - minus Glenn who stays behind because he’s fallen in love with Maggie - and they leave the farm in peace (although Hershel’s basically had a nervous breakdown and was moments away from shooting Rick earlier).
Interesting differences between The Walking Dead series and comic books 10 issues in:
1. Dale + Andrea. I mean, the leap is possible in series but highly unlikely I think.
2. Sophia is still around when Carl gets shot by Otis.
3. There was a stopover at a gate community that could have been like Alexandria that turns out is overrun by zombies (it had a sign but was conveniently covered by snow).
4. I loved the Shane/Rick confrontation in both comic book and TV form but I’m glad the descent lasted longer onscreen.
