I'm curious whether the three extra wishes were because the Djinn felt a certain compassionate desire to give Nandor the opportunity to fix the mess he'd made, even though he wouldn't normally offer a wisher that chance

or because he simply can't believe Persian Frank Zappa's ability to turn everything he touches to shit and in his morbid fascination can't stop giving him more opportunities to see if he'll really do it AGAIN
